This cozy apartment is the perfect place for a family or friends holiday in the charming city of Albufeira. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). The apartment has an entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs. The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, water heater, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and blender. The dining/living room has a dining table and chairs, TV and a sofa bed for 1 child, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In addition, the apartment has fans in both bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture, shower and a barbecue. The location is excellent, just 550 metres from Praia dos Alemães and close to several supermarkets, restaurants and tourist attractions. There is also a children's playground and mini golf nearby. It is also worth mentioning that this apartment is a 6-minute walk from the street of bars in Oura and a 15-minute walk from downtown Albufeira. Parking is free and on the public road next to the building. Despite its central location, this apartment enjoys complete security and tranquility, as it is located in a very quiet and safe residential area.
