This friendly 2 bedroom apartment is located in a residential area, very safe, quiet and close to the sea, in Albufeira. With an elegant and welcoming decor, the property offers all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and the other with 2 single beds. thus allowing all comfort and privacy. Two bathrooms, both with shower trays. A dining/living room equipped with chairs, a dining table, a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 children and a TV. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals.
Furthermore, the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, electric blinds, ironing board and iron. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a small barbecue, perfect for leisure moments with family or friends.

Apartment with adult swimming pool, children's pool and garage, very well decorated and very functional. Excellent location for a well-deserved holiday, towel over your shoulder and a walk to the beach, 5 minutes on foot to the centre, as well as 5 minutes on foot to the bar street. Parking has a free space in the garage, you won't need it for anything, everything is at hand, beach, pastry shops, takeaway, restaurants, Albufeira town centre, bars, etc. Within a 500m radius all services are...area...
Located 500m from "Forte de São João" beach in one of the most prestigious areas of Albufeira. Beach access is extremely easy, given the proximity.
The main advantages of these apartments are: 1st Location, 2nd functional requirements free parking, a/c, cable tv, wifi, 3rd comfort.
